Evaluations from our Coach?

Hi guys,

Thought in order to get us up to that level we're all striving for, the evaluations initially posted by Kyle would be nice to have on a more regular basis...Obviously it's more work for Kyle which is why I thought he should only evaluate half the people training on the day... ensuring that the following session those people aren't evaluated and the others are instead...

This way, people can work on their problems and those who seem to be on their game can help others who play in a similar position work on their weaker aspects so as to cut down the pressure on our Coach and he may spend more time training and evaluating....

therefore, I present you all with a poll...

also if we record our drills we can watch and see all of our bad bits... that way we have more than one pair of eyes evaluating

Regarding the recording of our drills, we will have to plan that when we can make sure an entire 5 man team would be there.

I have no problem evaluating the team, in fact I have quite a few issues i'd like to talk about regarding things i saw at the tournie, but i would really like the photos first so I could maybe have some thing that would back up my findings.

We have alot of room for improvement (specially for the more experienced guys), since I saw some really good improvements from the lesser experienced guys

but I want to kick the trainings up a few notches, they arent intense enough and we arent learning fast enough. We need to BE PLAYING AGAINST TEAMS in order to learn, no good just playing against each other. Even if we train less per month, but travel further to train, it will be 100 times more worth training at estepona.

As I suggested previously, if we want to up the game we should be training in Malaga against DRM at least twice a month...
